There are four quads in the SCAS school year:
Quad 1
September to November
Quad 2
November to February
Quad 3
February to April
Quad 4
April to June
All classes are two hours a day, Monday to Friday. You may take 1, 2 or 3 classes per quad, depending on your personal or work schedule. Each course is worth one credit.
Period 1
8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Period 2
10:40 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.
Lunch
12:40 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.
Period 3
1:20 p.m. to 3:20 p.m.
Placement in a specific subject or program is dependent upon the completion of pre-requisite subjects and the level of language skills demonstrated on the SCAS Intake Language Assessment (see program descriptions)
